Best B&B Experience!

Absolutely amazing B&B! Steven and Jeanette are wonderful hosts who make you feel like family. We enjoyed chatting with them and other guests around the bonfire in the evenings and at breakfast in the mornings. Breakfast was outstanding, the home and property are beautiful and very well maintained (recommend staying in the loft!), the location is convenient—everything exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning and highly recommend Moon Shadow to anyone planning to visit the Finger Lakes!

Tuscany in the Finger Lakes

We highly recommend the Moonshadow to anyone looking for a B&B in a quiet setting within the finger lakes region. The breakfasts are remarkable with a wonderful variety of food served each morning. It is close to many excellent restaurants, places of interest to visit, and a variety of vineyards to visit with a variety of excellent wines. Driving through the hilly backroads, no traffic, visiting the wineries, picking up a few bottles of highly rated wines, returning to the Moonshadow in the afternoon or evening, sitting on the back deck, looking out over the lake, we felt like we were back in Tuscany. And reading 'Summer in a Glass', (recommended reading for anyone visiting the finger lakes), we felt like we were a living part of history. There is absolutely no stress here and the hostess and host couldn't have been more pleasant or more accommodating.

Great place on the Finger Lakes

Wonderful B and B; great hosts, lovely surroundings, interesting group of guests. Our third trip here and we hope not our last! Breakfasts are fantastic. Proximity to wineries and to town of Hammondsport makes it easy. Everyone is very friendly which makes the visit especially entertaining.
