We had a wonderful stay at The Moonshadow Bed and Breakfast. Jeanette and Steven were wonderful hosts. The accommodations were the best and the breakfasts were out of this world. Also the pizza and caeser salad made by Jeanette were great for a dinner on the porch with a fabulous view of the lake. We miss having our coffee every morning on the porch while enjoying this view. We would highly recommend this place and hope to return again soon.
Everything you want in a B&B!
Our stay at Moon Shadow B&B was wonderful! We couldn’t recommend it more highly and we didn’t want to leave!! Jeanette and Steven are personable, incredible hosts who pay attention to all the details and did everything to make our stay comfortable and personal. The breakfasts are delicious; our room (the Loft) was contemporary and spacious; and there are several commons areas (inside and out) where you can tuck away and relax or engage in conversation with other guests. There is a beautiful view of the lake and one evening we took advantage of the other Moon Shadow food offerings and had a homemade dinner for two on the front porch overlooking the lake. As other guests arrived back from their activities, we all sat on the porch sharing stories and laughing. It was a perfect ending to the day. We also highly recommend Steven’s wine tour, which he customized for us in the most thoughtful way. He’s engaging and fun! Also, if you are looking for things to do in the area, Jeanette and Steve are a great resource. You will not regret booking a stay at Moon Shadow! We can't wait to go back!
We arrived on Thursday night and were given the grand tour of this impressive property. Steve took us on a wine tour on Friday which was great. We had a gourmet plated breakfast every morning which was outstanding. The room was beautiful with a great view of Keuka Lake. Steven and Jeanette were terrific hosts. We definitely plan on making this an annual trip for us.
