What a marvelous experience!  Our hosts, Jeanette, Steven, Maya, Chloe, Zeb and Hotai were the best.  The location on Keuka Lake is serene and picturesque, with a small waterfall on the property.  It is close to the Azure Hill, Dr. Frank, Heron Hill and Keuka Lake wineries.

My wife and I stayed for four nights.  The newly renovated rooms were large and comfortable.

The coffee was ready early.  The breakfasts were delicious. Whether we had eggs, bagels and lox, pancakes, or muffins, everything was well prepared and expertly presented.

If wineries is your thing, Steven will chauffeur you around to some really nice ones, and throw in a brewery to boot. In the evenings, Jeanette and Steven are engaging to talk to and fun to be with.

You will be happy if you go.

I cannot begin to thank Jeanette and Steve enough for this incredibly enchanting and peaceful weekend. The house is beautifully decorated and the rooms are beautifully and softly appointed. My husband and friends felt immediately at home the minute we walked in the door. Steve and Jeanette and their furry children (two dogs - Chloe and Maya - and cats - Zeb and Hotai) add to the homey-ness and warmth of this beautiful place. If I could give 10 stars to the Harps and their beautiful Moon Shadow I would!!! Thank you both!!!

Moonshadow Bed & Breakfast truly is a home away from home! From the breathtaking views, to the mouthwatering food, this precious find does not disappoint. From the moment you set foot onto the property, you are embraced by the soothing sounds of nature, which transitions into soft music to welcome you as you make your way onto the porch. The smell of freshly baked cookies draws you into the home, where an immediate sense of calmness overcomes you. Once inside you are greeted with open arms and genuine kindness, which resonates throughout your entire stay. This home may have a history that dates back to the 1800s but the feel inside is very modern and zen. My wife and I truly loved our time here and we definitely plan to go back again.
