Can’t say enough positive about MoonShadow. Last March, after visiting family in New Jersey, my wife and I decided to spend two nights at Keuka Lake just to relax. We found a jewel in MoonShadow. The room was perfect; the breakfasts outstanding; and sitting on the front porch swing watching the sun come up on Keuka Lake was totally relaxing. Finally, Jeannette and Maya and Chloe (two miniature Australian shepherds) went out of their way to make us feel at home.

It’s been 2 weeks since our stay at the MoonShadow Bed & Breakfast and we are still day dreaming about our stay. That’s how you truly know that you had an unforgettable experience. Jeanette and Steven (Maya & Chloe too!) were the perfect hosts. They made certain everything was taken care of and even went above and beyond to get us an opportunity to view specific wineries that we would not have had a chance to during our visit. The location was perfect, the food was incredible, and service/attention to detail was excellent. We’ve worked in hotels and restaurants all of our careers and honestly, this is what it’s all about. Thank you so much for a great time and we can’t wait to return!
We might just spend our next visit staying in & enjoying the ambiance of this beautiful property and its kind and happy hosts! Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. We caught some live music and delicious brews at Steuben Brewing on our first evening and ventured to some wineries the following day. I cannot look at my boring breakfasts the same way after being spoiled by Jeanette and Stephen's cooking. Wow! We even got to share in the first campfire of the season, one of our favorite evening activities. They provided great recommendations for what we should not miss. We could not have been more delighted with our stay. Upon returning home, I found myself daydreaming about our stay all week. Will be back!
