Amazing stay

I cannot say enough about how fabulous the Moonshadow is. We went for a couples weekend and stayed for the Keuka Triatholon and wineries. Steven and Jeanette were amazing hosts! They are so friendly and accommodating. The food was out of this world! They accommodated our race schedule and served breakfast around 11:00 once we returned. A crepe omelet with Swiss, ham, spinach and mushrooms, topped with fresh chive flowers from their garden, served with fresh berries topped with whipped cream and triple sec...yum! Next days breakfast was lemon ricotta pancakes with a berry butter compote, whipped cream and berries, served with deviled eggs made with prosciutto. Coffee was great too! We stayed on the second floor in the Lakeview South room. Big bathroom and beautiful view of the Keuka lake. Bedroom not as big as the others, but still very nice. Didn’t hear anyone else in the other rooms which was good. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch, while admiring the lake. Cute porch swing, loved the garden, tree swings, game room (pool and darts) and campfire at night. Artwork throughout the house by previous owner, Bruce Bowman, was lovely. Any other B&B will be a disappointment after staying here! Need I say more?!

Perfection!!

If you are looking for the perfect B&B for your getaway to the Finger Lakes, look no further than MoonShadow! We stayed here with two other couples for a triathlon race and couldn't have had a better time. Jeanette and Steven are the perfect hosts. We began our trip with a seamless check in, and we were greeted by Steven, who immediately made us feel welcome and right at home. Furthermore, since we had our race the following morning, Jeanette went above and beyond and accommodated our schedule, and had our breakfast ready as soon as our race was complete.

Speaking of breakfast- I'm not sure I've ever had a better meal! Breakfast both mornings were exquisite. And the property is something right from a postcard. Beautiful lake views, wonderfully decorated, and very comfortable. Mornings consisted of coffee on the porch swing followed by evenings of sunsets by the fire pit, wine and wonderful conversation. I've been to the Finger Lakes region with my wife on several occasions, and I can say we will no longer stay anywhere else except MoonShadow.
